Tabletochki provided $963,244 of support for Ukrainians in April

In April, together with you, we managed to help Ukraine with $963,244.

We continued evacuation – 54 families of children with oncological and hematological diseases were evacuated abroad. 250 families evacuated since the beginning of the war have received financial and psychological assistance. 116 children and their families have received help, including medicines and medical consumables; psychological support.

We continue supporting oncology units and healthcare professionals because children staying in Ukraine need high-quality treatment. In April, Tabletochki purchased a modern microscope for $280,294 for the Pediatric Neurosurgery Unit of St. Nicholas Hospital in Lviv. Children with nervous system tumors and injuries received during the war are treated in this unit.

The Foundation also financially supported 40  healthcare professionals. Four doctors have completed an internship at Princess Máxima Center – Europe’s largest children’s oncology center located in the Netherlands.

We have allocated $205,094 for a palliative and rehabilitation assistance project implemented by the Dobrobut medical network for children and adults in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

Tabletochki expanded its operation to emergency humanitarian aid projects during the war. We support children’s hospitals in the eastern regions and help Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories.

In April, the Foundation purchased a washer-disinfector and sterilizers for military hospitals in two regions. We spent $10,205 to provide the Children’s hospital in Chernihiv with vacuum pumps for negative-pressure wound therapy.

Another $45,941 were spent on purchasing vacuum pumps for hospitals in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia in partnership with the volunteer organization “Зграя” which coordinated logistics. And we also supported financially the initiative of “Зграя” and another volunteer organization “Ти не один” to purchase medicines for $120,406 for people in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Chernihiv, and Donetsk region.

Today we continue to do what we do best – to help. We thank our donors and partners for their support from the bottom of our hearts. Your help is priceless now because no one should be left alone in the darkest times.
