Our fight goes on. Together with our donors and partners, we continue supporting Ukrainian children with cancer facing two wars at once. 

In July, 541 children and their families received your help. We allocated $318,099 to assistance projects, in particular:

— $85,558 were spent on supporting Ukrainian hospitals, $44,975 out of which went to infrastructural aid to hospitals in Lutsk, Lviv, and Kyiv, and $12,701 covered the expenses on medical and humanitarian needs of hospitals in the east of Ukraine.

— Tabletochki allocated $66,278 for targeted assistance to children in Ukraine and financed the purchase of medicines by partner organizations that provide Ukrainians with necessary medications during wartime.

— 116 children treated in Ukraine had all the necessary assistance. They received medicines from abroad and received help with outpatient housing, alongside financial and psychological support. 

— $34,539 were allocated to evacuating those children with cancer who could not receive all the required treatment in Ukraine.

— $25,981 were spent on the doctors’ internships and financial support within the program of support and continuous professional development of the medical personnel. 

— Tabletochki allocated $19,074 to the Foundation’s palliative care program. 

— 137 families of children with cancer being abroad received financial, psychological, and household assistance in the amount of $13,023.

— Children continue fighting cancer in Ukrainian hospitals. For this reason, $4,573 were allocated to the Child Life Program, specializing in entertaining children in hospitals.

The Foundation’s maintenance expenses in July 2022 were 17.09%*.

*In 2022, from February 24 to July 31, the Foundation’s maintenance expenses were 7.91%.
