Sasha has endured many trials: three surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and even Russian shelling. On July 8, the boy and his mother were at Okhmatdyt Hospital when a missile struck the building. They were terrified but, fortunately, not physically injured.
Despite his ordeal, Sasha is a very active and open-minded boy. He wants to keep his grandparents from worrying, so he calls them every day to tell them how he is doing and to reassure them.
Please help children like Sasha return to an active life.
